It's a matter of due process - which is a fundamental principle in our system and FOUNDATIONAL to fair trials. This is entirely tangential to whether one thinks he is or isn't guilty. Allowing the prosecution (which has the power of the state behind it) to refer to the people he shot as victims in court before the jury taints the jury and imo would with about 95% confidence result in a mistrial IF he is found guilty. Whether Rittenhouse acted in self-defense is what is referred to as a "question of fact" and is up to the trier of fact - which in the case of a jury trial. I'd also note AJ+ is Al Jazeera + and a very biased source. The judge is acting consistent with law and in a way that will help avoid the decision being thrown out if it goes against Rittenhouse. Referring to those shot by Rittenhouse as "victims" begs the question and presumes him guilty. We have this little thing in courtrooms where defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Right click HTC-VIVE, and then select Set as default device. Make sure Background App Refresh has its. Rittenhouse is stipulating that he shot them - the question is and his defense is - was it self defense. Open Steam and right-click on Dirt Rally 2. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast.
If the Vorpx is a worthy option to use the Vive with Dirt Rally then I'll probably order one today.
By referring to those shot by him as "victims" that BEGS THE QUESTION - iow it assumes exactly that which the state is burdened to prove - that they were victims, iow not killed in self-defense by Rittenhouse. I'm real close to purchasing a Vive but the only thing holding me back right now is lack of support for it from Dirt Rakly natively. the principle in logic is called petitio principii or what is commonly (often wrongly used) called "begging the question". I've testified in countless trials and not once was I allowed to refer to the (alleged) victim as a victim - that was true in witness intimidation cases, rape cases, bombing cases, etc.
#Dirt rally htc vive software
Perfectly reasonable decisions and consistent with procedure in courtrooms. Thanks to instructions from tkf144 and raffi100 on GitHub there is now a method to run Dirt Rally on Vive without all of the Oculus software (or its 15Gb of space) As an added bonus, it now works on the latest version of Revive and performance is massively improved from before.
